- Prior experience: Tom worked at a Honda only dealership in 1985, then at two other multi line dealers, and finally at Kissell Motorsports. "I worked with one of the best technicians in the area for over twenty years. I have learned some of the best secrets and the best techniques to do a high quality repair, and I learned a long time ago to listen carefully to the customer's complaint so that it can be duplicated and repaired the first time."
- Manufacturer Certificates: Polaris, Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Ducati, Triumph, and of course fully trained in BMW.
- What Tom rides: "My favorite motorcycle to ride currently is a K 1600 GTL or the K 1600 B with the Grand America option. I prefer large bagger models or the R 1250 GS if any dirt roads are taken."

TAYLOR CIOFFI
