"I have purchased three bikes from Kissell's in the six years I have lived in State College --a Triumph Thunderbird in 2005, a Kawasaki Concours 14 in 2007, and most recently a Ducati Multistrada 1000S DS. In each case all aspects of buying and owning a bike purchased from Kissell's has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and make a point of knowing you by name. The service has been impeccably professional, the advice sound, and I have always received good value for my dollar when buying a bike, obtaining service or buying accessories. I will be retiring this summer and returning to Canada after six years living here. One of the things I will miss most about State College is this wonderful bike shop."

"I bought my 06 rocket111 at another dealer and started haveing transmission problems within a year. I took it back to them and they basically told me it was all in my head a fellow rocket rider told me to take it to Kissels and they would fix it. So I did I had a trip to California planned in july so dropped it off bought a used 07 america to ride home that thy gave me a great deal on and a few weeks later I was on my way to California on my rocket.It works perfect no leaks or strange noises 6335 miles in 2 weeks I'd recomend their service and sales dept to anyone and I have . Thanks for making my trip possible guys."

You have a service department that explains what services they are doing and what to expect when the next maintenance/service is due.
